Hello from the sunshine state! We’re Hannah and Tyler, a husband and wife team passionate about sharing the splendor and beauty of the Emerald Coast, specializing in luxury real estate and interior design.
Prior to relocating to 30A, we owned and operated a property development and design business in Michigan. After nearly a decade of flipping and building, and eight moves within Michigan, we decided it was time to start a new chapter with less moves, less renovations, and less snow! We packed up our things and drove 16 hours South (toting a toddler and newborn!), following a dream to live, work, and play in our favorite place on Earth.
Ty has been vacationing in 30A since he was 2 years old. It was always his dream to call the beach “home.” It didn’t take long to convince Hannah to leave the snow for a life on the beach!
We founded and grew a property management company specializing in luxury vacation rentals along 30A, serving communities such as Carillon Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watersound, and beyond. Through this experience, we gained a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to successfully own and operate a short-term rental—from guest experience and operations to maximizing investment returns and navigating the tax advantages associated with STR ownership. As the business quickly grew beyond our capacity, we made the intentional decision to sell it in order to focus fully on our real estate and design work, where we can best serve our clients. This experience provides valuable insight to our clients searching for an investment property.
While our real estate and design business operate independently, they can seamlessly come together to offer a truly cohesive experience. Ty guides clients through buying and selling with a strategic, investment-minded approach—whether it’s uncovering a fixer-upper with potential, securing a move-in-ready home in need of furnishing, or identifying the perfect lot for a custom build. Hannah then brings the vision to life, crafting a thoughtful design plan, managing the project from start to finish, connecting you with trusted local contractors, and fully furnishing the home. Together, this creates a refined, fully turnkey experience that feels effortless from start to finish.
Our journey from the snow to the sea
A decade of house flipping, building, and owning vacation rentals of our own has made us experts in all things real estate and “home maintenance.” This expertise, coupled with a sincere love and passion for the beach, makes design and real estate a natural fit for our family! We love college football, are passionate about our faith, playing Scrabble, and taking road trips (we’ve have been to 48 states!). We also enjoy cooking together and tackling home projects.

She now owns and operates a design firm along 30A, specializing in luxury homes within some of the area’s most desirable communities. Her work is rooted in a thoughtful, client-centered approach, creating spaces that feel elevated, timeless, and effortlessly livable.

Ty brings a wealth of experience shaped by years of successfully managing a thriving real estate business. He attended Florida State University, the University of Alabama, and Harvard Business School, and holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in both Florida and Michigan. His hands-on experience building and renovating his own projects provides a distinct advantage—offering clients valuable insight into construction, costs, and access to a trusted network of skilled local contractors.
